these rpms are out of date and since we have better make processes,
burned CDs, and a binary repository, there is little danger
in removing them from CVS... besides, they are binary files
and "this is a bad thing" -Scott

The RPMs wouldn't install.  Now they will.  Another successful weekend warrior activity of Scott the grad.
