  For cloning when the number of days date shift is an integer, the
  time component of a date parameter will be kept the same if the shift
  causes the value to change from daylight savings to standard time
  (or vice versa).

Excluding blocking events from course cloning

- Coding style: keys()

- Exclude record of likes/unlikes for discussion posts when cloning course.

- Change to way lonnet::dirlist() reports an error condition (i.e., no_host,
  con_lost, no_such_dir, empty etc.) when retrieving directory list information
  with ls3, ls2 or ls.
  - error is passed as second item in a pair of return values.
  - first item in return values is a reference to an array of actual files.

- Customization for GCI_3
  - Some corrections to changes in 1.7.12.1
    - Include package in calls to cput() and assignrole().
    - Eliminate surplus call to get_classlist()
    - Correct $uurl passed to assignrole()
    - items in array ref from $classlist->{$student} different from
      items to be passed in hash ref to cput for update of classlist db.

- Customization for GCI_3
  - &copyroster() will create roles in new course, and add to classlist for
    new course for students listed roster in cloned course (either with
    active student roles, or student roles with end dates equal to, or after,
    default access end date in cloned course.

Args in call to lonnet::dirlist() needed changing now propath calls have moved to lond.
