$resource->kind() always returns "res", even for folders!?!

Don't leak correctness and tries used to student's NAVMAP display when show_status is set to "no_feedback_ever"

bug 5560.  Passing $res->opendate($part) to &timeToHumanString(), was causing two arguments to be passed (a UNIX time and 'resource'). Passing $open causes just a time to be passed, so the second arg is really $type (start or end), and $format is correct.

Doing the same for $res->duedate($part) and $res->answerdate(), in case they develop the same pathology.

Eliminating $_

Renaming unread_discussion() as discussion_info() and making the funtion more universally useful.  Can now be used to retrieve counts for all postings, or just unread postings (if 'unread') is included as an argumnet in the call (e.g., $resource->discussion_info('unread');).  Also if
called in array context, returns ($count,%info), where %info is a hash of a hash.  Outer hash keys are count number, inner hash keys are: subject, id, timestamp.

Bug #2644: Grading feedback shows as envelope in NAV.

Parameters can be set for resources, maps, and course by group.  Group-level settings trump section-level settings in the cascading parameter scheme. Spreadsheet changes to follow.

Use " to quote href='s for resources rather than '  this works better
because " is not allowed in resource names, but ' is and ' seems
not to be properly esCaped in the href links.   This (I think)
deals with bug 442.

Posts in discussions now identified as "NEW" if posts were added since user's last visit to resource or bulletin board.  "Speech bubbles" in NAVMAP also displayed for each resource or bulletin board if posts have been added since last visit.

User can set display to be all posts, or only unread posts.  To support cases where there are several "NEW" posts, the time of the previous visit is passed in a query string during hide/make visible, reply or delete operations so that the differentiation of "NEW" posts is retained until the user leaves the bulletin board.  This behavior does not currently apply to discussions associated with resources.

This change could cause problems for other types of non-wrapped /uploaded files if there are any.
