Bug: The javascript method for the overview-list works wrong with the shortcut-links and the checkboxes. When using the shortcuts mixed with the checkboxes the overview-lables are dispersing with the checkbox-selections.

Bugfix: The checkbox javascript-function has called the checkCheckbox-function, that was written for the overview-list, to hide and show the list-items but it works only well with the checkboxes. When using the shortcuts the overview and the checkboxes for the parm-list will disperse.
I modified the checkthis()-function so that it only enables the overview-item without minding the current status of the checkboxes.

Bug: The overview-part, which parms are selected, shows the "allparms"-value and not the real name.

Bugfix: There was a typing-failure in the call of the allparms-list that returned the keyword and not the user-text...

possible parms are with hidden style. A javascript function controlls the checkboxes and enables the hidden style of the selected parm.

There are some new javascript functions, that allows to set the display-style. hideParms() and showParms() are for hidding and showing the parm-checkbox-fiel
dset. checkCheckbox() is for setting the display-style a of parameter value. The Checkthis() and Checkall() functions are modified that they are able to disp

&coursegroups() and &get_group_settings() moved to longroup.pm, which contains general utility functions for asking about groups.  Also contains &group_changes() which is used to add/drop group memberships as a result of role changes, as determined by group settings for auto-add and auto-drop. 'none' and 'all' are now reserved words which may not be used as section or group names, so they can be used instead of _all and _none  when specifying auto-add and auto-drop settings for all sections or no section roles.
