Improve internationalization:
- Proper compilation of output string, then pass to translation
- Re-use existing phrases

Bug 6540 (related to 5702)
Translation of language-selection-list entries moved from translation files to centralized language.tab.

Unnecessary entries removed from translation files.

language.tab converted from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8 (using iconv).

Remove remains of remote control. "textual_remote_display" switch doesn't exist anymore.

Removed unnecessary blanks and tab stops

de.pm: Removed outdated, unused phrase

Removed untranslated icon file entires.
Such entries should be added once localized icon files exist.

Tidy up:
- Removed duplicate keys
- Removed some phrases which aren't used anymore

Corrected misunderstanding with translation of "Russian"

Optimized localization for user preferred language screen:
- Changed languages of items in selection list:
  Items now always shown in the same language as the item language.
- Added missing entries
- Reorded related entries (all together now and in same order)
- Removed unused ISO phrases

Note:
Some translations are not confirmed (taken from online translation service):
Arabic (ar), Persian (fa), Hebrew (he), Japanese (ja)

Corrected incompatible character encoding.

The malicious encoding has been introduced in revision 1.15
when the synch.pl run changed the encoding and is the origin
of the reason for destroying the encoding of the other
translation files from then on.
This was actually caused by some DOS newline characters in the ja.pm file.

Changes:
- Rollback to revision 1.14
- dos2unix conversion
- Removed lines 1363 to 3129, because the entries have been added due to
  synchronizations in revisions 1.15 and 1.16, but haven't been translated yet.
- Manually included the minor changes in revisions 1.17 and 1.18
  ("store -> saved", "occured -> occurred")

synch.pl runs fine now with ja.pm.

Empty file needed for character encoding correction. See next commit for details.

HTMLarea - only have 5 minutes.

There are lots of odd problems with Mozilla, not just meta-refresh, but
also popup windows and one random segmentation fault.

Bug #2461: Remote was untranslatable
Uses fake parameter to distinguish between the same word appearing in
different contexts.

Not a production version.

Synched against other language files, inserted numerical marker to identify
position of text in program.

Bug #2245:
Non-LCD display in Remote if no LCD special chars available for language.

Put in correct order.

Make sure to get the right quotation marks.

Internationalization, and in particular, lonlocal:locallocaltime and
Japanese dates.

japanese lexicon is fully tranalated in this point.

It would be too nice if the locale names had anything to do with the
language codes, or the charset, in a predictable way ... but they do
not.

Can now also add contents of a plain text file with phrases (separated by
newlines), and does provide copy/paste help with translations

Language files synched.

Synchronization markers - should always be before closing bracket.

Translation of 'Load' is changed to be suitable to it's context.
