Translation corrections and updates (no key changes):
Some entries had been prepared to be translated in rev. 1.46 (part 1, see log entry) but these phrases have actually never been translated/finished until now.

- Removed translation help comments ("Old key: ...") for properly translated phrases
  and keep already existing, similar translations as comment

Bug 6540 (related to 5702)
Translation of language-selection-list entries moved from translation files to centralized language.tab.

Unnecessary entries removed from translation files.

language.tab converted from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8 (using iconv).

Remove remains of remote control. "textual_remote_display" switch doesn't exist anymore.

Use de.pm as the file with the higher priority, because it's nearly completely up-to-date related to the forthcoming 2.10.0 release.

- The first part of new entries (#207) contains similar phrases. Only minor changes are needed for a proper translation. A help guide how to deal with them is included as a comment in pt.pm.
- The second part of new entries (#5205) is just new. All of them need to be completely translated. This also applies for many existing entries.

Bug 6271, Bug 5577:
Get rid of user authentication image on login page (always use text version)
including all corresponding configuration settings.
Although the user interface is cleaned up and functional, the internal domain configuration cleanup could be improved.

Time related translation entries in chronological order to avoid translator's confusion.
Corrections in ru.pm and de.pm.

Removed senseless entries which originally used to be comments of translation phrases
and were meant to describe the meaning of the used parameters.
These entries are deleted now because:
- The context is totally lost
- These texts must not be translated

Removed duplicate translation hash entry 'textual_remote_display'
to allow to set the Remote Control to textual mode

Changed line endings with dos2unix which seems to have properly proceeded the last step in converting the character encoding for pt.pm from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8.
