Translation of language-selection-list entries moved from translation files to centralized language.tab.

Unnecessary entries removed from translation files.

language.tab converted from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8 (using iconv).

Remove remains of remote control. "textual_remote_display" switch doesn't exist anymore.

Optimized status bar localization:
Overhauled status text creation to allow proper translation.
    - Translate whole sentence instead of unhandy phrase fragments concatenation.
    - Simplified way of time text creation by using quant.
    - Removed code for not anymore supported old browsers (bug 1382).
    - Indirectly corrects mt() call with incorrect parameter (_2 -> _1)

Removed senseless entries which originally used to be comments of translation phrases
and were meant to describe the meaning of the used parameters.
These entries are deleted now because:
- The context is totally lost
- These texts must not be translated
